Who Am I To Tell You...?
The question in the title stays unanswered. Across these sheets, coloured forms gather into loose colonies, joined by fine lines, strokes and small arrows. Everything points, measures and notes, and still holds its meaning open.
What began under the microscope returns here as notation. The signs read like a private cartography: coordinates without a map, measures without a scale. Each form holds its colour and its place, and within the web of lines the field orders itself.
The intuitive drawing "Und Ignaz sagte:" regales with colour and joy against the black background of the Semmelweis reflex: the initial reflexive
rejection of all that, in its newness, does not conform with prevailing norms and convictions
